BCAAs, plain and simple

I hate filler crap that companies put in their vitamins/supplements/burger meat.This dosn't have some fake sweetener to hide the flavor, dosn't have some gelatin coating that they charge 3x as much for, dosn't have "Tropical vibrant flamboyant cherry flavor" to mask it.Toughen up, this is pure BCAAs. I just drop the scoop in my mouth, add water swish it down. Then I shave with broken glass, and brush my hair with barbed wire.Man up, quit whining about how it mixes. Or keep paying those high prices for fake flavoring and fillers. As long as the supplement bottle looks cool then it's gotta be worth the money right??? That's how I know what supplements to avoid!Pure BCAAs. Simplify your life.

Exactly what it says it is.

I don't really understand the poor reviews. Yes, the powder doesn't mix well. Yes, it tastes kind of like chalk. But unless you get one of the products with added sugar and stuff, that's not going to change regardless of the brand it is.For pure, no crap added BCAAs, you can't beat this. If you really want to get in shape, you can deal with the chalky taste a couple times each day.Also, for those using this in combination with a super-low calorie diet -- I believe it's made me feel significantly better. I've had two great runs since taking this, working on an empty stomach with nothing but this powder.

pure and effective

First: BCAAs are *hydrophobic* molecules. This means that they do not go into solution in water. Maybe some companies have found a way to make the powder particles even smaller, but this does not make it any easier to mix. Second: all BCAAs have a slightly bitter, chalky taste and texture. This product being *PURE* (5g serving = 5g BCAAs), that's the taste and texture you'll get. However, 5g of this stuff is a tiny little scoop. I put two scoops in my protein powder with milk and detect no difference in taste or texture. Noticeable difference with respect to soreness and recovery. I just wish it were cheaper.
