What I wanted

This is what I wanted. It is a lower strength than another that I tried. This is working better for me. It relaxes me without almost putting me into a coma. The other that I tried was 300 mgs and it was way too much. This is perfect.

i take this product daily. it seems that it took 1- 2 weeks to notice a difference in how i was feeling. but it was worth the wait. i have stopped taking my prescription for depression also. so i really love this product. cant say a bad thing about it. really helps me! I like this particular brand and seller as it is always good quality.

Not quite what I expected

I have not seen much of a difference so far. It does a good job of putting me to sleep though. Maybe that is what they call relaxation. If that is their definition it works great.
