I take Cardio Igniter every day before my workout and I love this product! I use one scoop which both energizes me and increases my endurance. I have tried many products prior to this one and Cardio Igniter does not make me jittery or over stimulated. It tastes good and helps burn fat which is a winning combination for me. I actually look forward to having my pre-workout drink. I work out after work so I am concerned about products keeping me up at night. I have not had a bad night sleep since taking this supplement. I look forward to trying other Top Secret Nutrition products!

A Kick In The Pants

I use this about 20 minutes before my morning Insanity cardio workout. I drag butt in the mornings so this is just the thing to get me motivated. I noticed my endurance and focus are improved.I am sensitive to stimulants and find a half scoop to be enough.

LOVE Cardio Igniter

I took this before one of my standard bombshell cardio session, to great results. Within about 20 minutes, I started to feel the slight tingle and general warm and fuzzy feelings that come with most pre-workout drinks for me, and within 30 minutes, I was ready to rock ‘n roll.The energy, drive, and slight euphoria I felt was incredible. It made three hours at the gym seem like only 10 minutes, for real. I felt focused, clear, and full of all of this energy. I was able to go long and hard, sweating my butt off as I completed first weights, and then a cardio routine. Never once did I flail, lose focus, or doubt that I could make it through what most would deem a pretty kickbutt workout.It deserves to be noted that I do not typically take pre-workout supplements, reserving them for those days when I truly need it. Suffice it to say that this is become my new favorite, and I’ve tried a lot of different brands and formulations. The energy is awesome, I feel absolutely no crash after it has worn off.
