Very good casein!

First, I want to say that Dymatize is easily becoming my favorite protein brand. This one offers 24g of protein, which is pretty much becoming the standard with many protein supplements. It is low-carb, which is great for those looking to lose weight and gain a little bit of muscle, however, if you're looking to bulk up (like me), then you may need to add some additional carb supplementation.I've used Cytosport's casein in the past, and it has always clumped up. This Dymatize casein mixes very well and doesn't have that gritty taste.Many people on bodybuilding forums will claim that this is the best tasting product they have put out to date! And if you have a sweet-tooth, then you might agree. I, on the other hand, don't have much of a sweet tooth at all (to give you an example: I often water-down my cranberry juice drinks). I found the taste to be a little overwhelming. It's not super-sweet (as in sugary sweet), but the cinnamon will linger with you for awhile. At first, I was going to give up on this and pass it off to a friend, but I mixed it with Dymatize's Cafe Mocha flavored whey protein and WOW!! It's a match made in heaven!! Together they taste like a french latte, with just the right amount of sweetness.If you're looking for a great casein that doesn't clump up and mixes well, definitely check this brand out.If you've got a sweet tooth, then definitely buy this flavor.If you have a mild sweet tooth, I'd recommend you look at a different flavor, or explore cutting this with other flavors to reduce the intensity of sweetness.This is a five-star product. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of my personal taste.

Delicious!!

Much better taste and consistency than Optimum Nutrition Casein (not as chalky like most caseins). I will definitely stick to this brand unless a superior product is developed, or an equivalent cheaper product is sold. Get it, it's extremely delicious!

A nice change.

I enjoy this mostly because it is a change from vanilla or some version of chocolate. It is like drinking a desert. It's sweet and tastes just like a cinnamon bun. One thing about Dymatize is that it tends not to completely mix with a spoon. That is usually not a problem for me as the chuncky bits are good also, especially the chocolate ones. Can't beat their prices either.
