I had the BEST results...

I found out about QuickMass in 2010. Honestly, my stomach couldn't handle the recommended four scoops at one time, so I mixed only two scoops. I did this twice a day, only adding to my normal eating habits. In eight weeks, I put on 25 pounds of muscle, going from 147 pounds to 172 pounds. Yeah, it was AWESOME!I would take it to work and shake it up in my Blender Bottle. The whole process was very quick and easy, which is something I need because I'm not one for a complex, troublesome, or drawn-out routine being added to my schedule. It mixed well and tasted great, one of the better tasting shakes on the market (in my humble opinion), and I've tried a few of them. (I can only vouch for Vanilla and Cookies and Cream, though.)I'm not really one to write reviews, but when I saw the earlier review about this product, I felt the need to share my experience. I recommended QuickMass to friends who keep buying it once they run out, so I guess that means that they're pleased with the results they're getting, too.

Good gainer

I find this to be a great gainer. All though I've heard max muscle stopped carrying this brand because the labels vs the content were not factual.The taste is great, no farts or super bloated feeling. Although I only do 2 scoops a serving. A full serving is just to much at one time in my opinion.

If your looking to put on solid mass this is a good clean product to use. It will allow your body to get used to more calories so you can consume more food. Its a great addition to anyone ones exercise program and it has worked for all of my clients.
