I bought this over the summer because i wanted a boost in energy and a way to suppress my appetite. I did not combine this product with any other supplements and i did not drink any caffeine at the time. So my reaction to the supplement might have been more noticeable because i did not take any other supplements.I would take 1-2 pills 30 minutes before my cardio (I only used this product for cardio, it made a huge difference in my endurance). I went from running 2-3 miles a day to running 7-9miles in over a 2 month period. And i lost about 15-20 pounds during that time.when taking it i would have energy through out the whole day, and my core body temperature would be high, this product made me sweat like crazy also (i should definitely mention that).Overall I am not a endorser of supplements, there are always risk in taking them, this specifically could effect your thyroid and heart if you are prone to heart problems. but if you are similar to me and are looking for something that will give you a boost and control your appetite then i would suggest this.To add so no confusion, before taking the supplement i was going to the gym 4-5 times a week and doing cardio every day. This supplement was helpful but not the sole reason for my success and weight loss. Diet and exercise are the main reason, this just helped me stop cheating on my diet as well as get me out of bed on those days that i was too tired and sore. Hope this help!

ripped juice works

I like this product because it does not make you feel jittery or like you are on crack. It helps me feel motivated enough to push myself a little more in my workout. My weight loss has been steady and consistent with this. I'm very glad I found this and it works so well!

Not up to expectations

I was a big fan of the last formulation of ripped Juice Ex2, but this new formula doesn't meet the standards of the old one. While I can feel a slight improvement in stamina during workouts, the appetite suppressant effect is definitely lessened. If you're prone to thermogenic jitters, this might be the one for you, as I didn't have a trace of the 'rush' that accompanied the previous formula. However, if you're looking for the other side effects - appetite suppression and weight loss, search on; this isn't the one.
