Pretty tasty, give it a chance for your body to get used to it, specially if you have just left your old pre-workout

Jack3rd wasn't doing much for me, the last tub I had was making me go to the bathroom upon drinking my glass, sorry for being so detailed but its true. Anyway, I tried this product on an impulse, as I have tried 1MR and I did not like the taste. This product tastes very good, the watermelon tastes just like the real thing. The first time I took it, the feeling was quite mild, I think as my body got used to it over the course of the first week, I started feeling the full effect of the product. The employee at the Vitamin Shoppe explained to me that people expect to see results of others products immediately, they don't realize the body has to get used to withdrawals from the other pre-workout, in order to give another product a chance. I'm glad I listened to him, otherwise I would have been like the reviewer above and complained, but I stuck with it and I'm glad. I'm an avid PreSurge fan for now. I'll update this review in a few months for additional info. Good luck all gym goers out there!

This is one of my Favorites!! Great Stuff

This is one of my favorite preworkouts, and I have tried many!! This is a very underated product.Taste: The taste is ok, could be better but It goes down easily and I'm not that picky of taste as long as the product works good. Taste is over rated in my opinion.Focus: This is where the product really shines. I get a very great focus when I use Presurge. I have a very good focus that just keeps on task when I'm in the gym and it allows me to get a great workout. I like the addition of L-Theanine and the Neuravena to help with the mind muscle connection.Energy: This product delivers a great clean energy with no crash after my workout. This also has 225 grams of caffeine but it doesn't feel like it has that much becasue the L-Theanine helps control the caffeine which I like.Pumps: I great great pumps using Presurge because of the Glycocarn and my pumps are even better when I stack Ape when using Presurge. Vascularity is also more noticable.Extras: I really like the Creatine RT that is Presurge has becasue it allows me to get my daily creatine and the RT allows for better absorption without me needing to add a bunch of unneeded carbs.Overall this is a great product that I highly recommend and it is one of my favorite and go to preworkouts. Give this a try and stack it with Ape and IntaBolic and you won't be dissapointed.

Small Review of PSU

First and foremost i was given a sample of PSU, PreSurge Unleashed from AEN. The sample contained 2 servings of PSU, i was shocked. Usually a sample is 1. Big ups for making the sample last for more than 1 serving.I took approx. 3/4 of a serving. Taste was lil sweet, but i mixed mine with the least amount of water. Mixability was good. About 5 minutes afterwards i wanted to run through a wall! Energy was steady but not forced. If you know what i mean. Strength was great, focus and endurance. I would have to say next to energy was recovery time. Rest between sets was significantly lower than without PSU.I did shoulder, bi, tri routine with my PSU.Routine X2: shoulders: Y press 8 sets of 10 bi's: curl bar 8 sets of 10 tri's: tricep pull down 8 sets of 10 ^^RepeatWith PSU. I did a set of 12 instead of 10 for Y press with less rest time. My second round i increased the weight but stuck to 8 reps.For bi's i increased the weight for the get go. Previous routine consisted of 10 reps of 40 lbs, second round 10 reps of 50 lbs.With PSU i started with 60lbs with 10 reps till i finished my set. Second set started with 60 and increased to 65lbs stayed within my 10 rep range, one set was 9 reps.Lastly triceps. Last routine was consistent 10 x 44lbs for both rounds.With PSU i increased weight on the last 3 sets of the first round by 11 pounds. Started the second round with 55 lbs and increased the weight to 9 lbs after the 2 set on the second round.*With all sets with PSU my recovery rate was lowered. I got done with my routine faster then previously. HUGE PLUS less time working out, more time doing other stuff.Good stuff overall. Like i said i received a sample. The sample contained 2 servings and i took 3/4 of a serving. Saving the rest for a leg or chest day. Looking forward to trying again and some great results.Thank you AEN for the chance to sample a product i have never heard of, nonetheless tried.
