IMPORTANT: Before you consider doing anything on your own concerning prostate or frequent urination problems, make sure you see a competent urologist to rule out any problems that require medical attention.While getting up at night to urinate plagues many people as they get older, everyone's body responds differently to various supplements and medications. What works great for one person may not work at all for someone else. I know this from personal experience.I have been using this product for six weeks instead of various prescription medications that I stopped taking because of side effects. So far I get up only once or twice a night, which for me is very good. These also cost much less than the medications that I was taking.The PSA caps contain a variety of ingredients that are supposed to help benign enlarged prostate problems, and are one of the most comprehensive supplements that I have used over the years. You take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening either with fruit juice (I use a small glass of orange juice) or carbohydrates--but no protein. You need to wait an hour to eat after taking them. I take one before I leave for work and one when I come home before dinner. It's pretty simple to do.One bottle is a 30 day supply. If you buy 3 bottles (i.e. a 90 day supply) directly from Hammer Nutrition (which is what I do), you can buy each bottle for a couple of dollars less than the cost of a single bottle. If you are a serious runner or cyclist, then you may know that Hammer Nutrition is a very reputable company with lots of quality products, many of which I have used for years in connection with my running and have reviewed them on Amazon. I mention this because I have confidence in the quality of the products that they make.Based on my own research, I also eat daily 1/4 cup (i.e. 2 oz.) of raw pumpkin seeds (sometimes called "pepitas"). I buy mine from Superior Nut (which I have reviewed on Amazon), though they are widely available.Bottom Line: This is not some magic pill that will work for everyone (there is none). However, it is certainly worth a try, and for me so far seems to be effective.
