MCT oil for the Ketogenic Diet

My son is on a special Diet that helps control his seizures and adding MCT oil to his diet worked wonders for our son. It was the magic ingredient that was needed to make the diet work to it's full potential. We have only used this particular brand of MCT oil and I'm a true believer that certain foods can heal the brain and that's what the Ketogenic diet has done for my son.

I have been able to cut back on carbs by putting MCT oilon my food. It enhances the flavor of just about anything,although it has no flavor of its own. My hands, which havealways been very dry in winter, are much improved. MCT Goldis bottled in glass, so it's not exposed to the estrogen-likechemicals that are present in plastic bottles.

Still a believer.....

This is my second purchase of MCT Gold and I'm still a firm believer in it's attributes. I was diagnosed with a sprained SI Joint, had pain for years but a small amount of MCT oil each day has kept me pain free. I wish I had found this stuff years ago. Several of my friends have now started using this product and are just as pleased with the results.
