My preferred pre-workout catalyst for sure!

As a person who's constantly turning over ingredient labels, I was pretty impressed when I found this pre-workout catalyst. I think what I love most about Natural Force is that you are able to get that boost of energy you're seeking without consuming harmful chemicals or preservatives that you would find in other pre-workout supplements. The ingredients are totally natural, so your body really does feel all the better for it--definitely superior to those chemical type of rushes, I'd say.Sure, the taste is something to get used to, but you *will* get used to it. My suggestion would be to give yourself several uses to adjust to the flavor, especially if you're switching from a product that contains the aspartame artificial sweetener. My boyfriend and I actually prefer the subtle fruit/cinnamon flavor to other tart tasting powders we were using before. Something else I also noticed is that the Natural Force puts you in a good mood that lasts hours after your workout. I'm thinking this is a combination of the good stuff, especially the maca root which improves your general disposition.The bottomline here? You're making physical activity a part of your lifestyle, so it makes the most sense that you would take care to choose what you put into your body. Just an awesome way to improve overall health while also maximizing fitness results. Hope this helps!!

My Favorite Pre-Workout Supplement *IMPROVED*

I'm going in the field of natural medicine (earning a doc in Chiropractic medicine) so I thought what better way to "practice what I will preach" than to start using all natural products for my workouts. I have used 1 tub and have bought 2 more I liked it so much. I'm not quite sure why there are complaints on the taste, last time I checked no Pre-workout mix actually taste good nor do I expect it to. I will say, if you hate Cinnamon this isn't for you. The last pre-workout I used prior to this one I had to hold my nose to drink because it tasted so fake, so I was relieved to find a pre-workout drink mix that actually tasted natural and mixed really well in water (I use a blender bottle with more water than recommended) and doesn't clump. I've found that it works about the same as the others do (a little less potent) but still did its job without the manic feeling you get when you drink most of the others and it seems to help with recovery times as well as getting those last few sets in. I would recommend this product and I will continue to buy it!

As much as I wanted this to work......it didn't.

I was excited to find an all natural pre-workout mix. Something that would provide energy and keep me focused. This product did none of that. I was unable to lift weight that seemed easy to me using other synthetic products and I could never stay focused. It taste like cinnamon and beets, if you can tolerate that combination. I couldn't, had to hold my breath to swallow it. It's priced way to high for the size of the product compared to other mixes you can get for less money and more product.
