I love sports legs. When coupled with the correct amount of food and water this supplement helps you finish your ride feeling strong. I encourage everybody to try it out.

Get the jump with Sports Legs

Sports legs offers a combination of Calcium Lactate and Magnesium Lactate and some other minor additives in pill form. The lactate aspect of these supplements is supposed to increase the uptake through the gut. Cramping is often the result of low muscle fiber concentrations of Calcium and/or Magnesium. The lactate formulations speed delivery times and reduce or eliminate cramping. I have found that it also reduces stiffness that may precede cramping.The lactate formulations are not commonly offered in drug stores, health food stores, or on most online supplement vendors. You can find it if you look, but it takes a bit of looking. You may find formulations that have a higher magnesium ratio than sport legs. I believe it is the magnesium uptake that is most critical. If you can not find more generic products then Sports Legs is the one to have.It works for Ultra Running. I am a believer. It increased my endurance, reduced my pain and cramping, and seems to help with hydration and electrolyte balance. Pretty benign stuff and much safer than popping vitamin I.
