The Fastest and Healthest Way I Have Ever Loss Weight!

I have been on and off diet pills since Metabolife use to be sold only at the malls for somewhere around $44 bucks. Throughout the years I have tried EVERYTHING on the market, you name it and I tried it! What I like about the HCG diet is that you are not even aware you're taking a diet supplement. I experienced absolutely no side effects. I will admit that the first 2 days on the 500 calorie diet was a little challenging. There were also days when I wanted to eat, not because I was hungry but because it's a habit, I was use to my mouth moving. But I believe with success comes sacrifice and I was right! I am ecstatic about this diet, it delivers what it promises. If you follow the diet to a T, you will lose at least a pound a day, could be more. The scale keeps you motivated, each morning I weighed in, I reaped the reward of my sacrifice the previous day. I started the diet May 18th, stayed on it for a month and I am now summer ready. It is very gratifying to be fitting in my clothes comfortably again and the ones that couldn't made it pass my hips. With this pills on the market, I am positive my weight issues are over with...done! I have been off the diet for almost a month and have not gained a pound. I continue to eat healthy and I am still losing. Comparing the price to other diet pills that only gave me the jitters, it is well worth it! HCG + Will Power+ Determination+ Consistency=Success! Hcg works. It was very easy for me to understand and follow. I already had a pretty clean diet so I was able to follow the plan with out much interruption in my life. I have been on the plan for 2 cycles now and have lost a combined total of 46 lbs, and couldn't be happier. This product does everything it says its going to do. But, like anything else in life you have to set yourself up for success or you will fail. If you are committed you can change your life forever positively. Even though I only ate between 500 and 600 calories I ate well and I ate good natural foods.I did not experience any side effects or problems on this product- Working Mom

IT DOES WORK__BUT...........

Ok so I did this product twice. 1st time very motivated and lost about 20lbs. Yet I didn't do phase 3 stabilization and gained it all and then some back:-/. So the second time I did it was motivated but not as exited the first time. Lost 16lbs. Yet I did the phase 3 stabilization perfect and the weight has not come back on at all. If I do a occasional intake of foods I normally don't eat the extra 2-3lbs gain goes away in a couple days. I give it a 3 star because you have to be very focused to do this. You can't let the distraction of kids, work, family, spouse, social life, or holidays interferer with your diet. Its NOT EASY but it can be done. Other bad part is that you can't moisturize your skin with oils so I bought a oil free face moisturizer from trader joes that worked well. I ended up using it on my hips because during the hCG my skin was getting so dry it was beginning to CRACK and tear, mainly where my jeans hit my waist. I began to cheat not with the diet but using moisturizer on my body. I think that is why I lost less weight the second time than the 1st. But hey, dry skin hurts. hCG does work but be prepared to place your life on hold for 4-7 weeks (30 days + 3 week stabilization). Will I do it again YES, but I will have to wait to be anti-social and no birthdays or holidays that month. It takes a lot of focus and dedication, so if you are not going to do it exactly as directed you are wasting your money. It has to be done perfectly to work, and then it does.
