I started taking this product about three weeks ago. It's too early to tell the exact results but I can say, I'm sleeping more at nights. I used to sleep about three to four hours at nights before waking up. I now sleep soundly for about six to seven hours and loss about four pounds so far. I will do a follow up when the the bottle is finished.

All ZMA products are the same formula so I go with the cheapest source and this is it. I take it around 30 min before I go to sleep on an empty stomach and I get a much deeper sleep than when I do not take it.

Good sleep, helps your manhood

I have been using ZMA products off-and-on for several years, since they first came out. I follow the instructions and take it 60 minutes before bed. I physically notice a difference when I am not taking ZMA as far as my sleep quality. There is no doubt I sleep better when I'm taking it regularly. I don't know how to say this without being rated R, but one "side effect" is that you sometimes wake up feeling like you took a Viagra, if you know what I mean. As the makers of ZMA products always point out the research shows it can have an effect on your testosterone levels, and there is a ton of research on zinc's relationship to testosterone as well. So if you're feeling a little low in T, try increasing these good minerals. You're workouts/wife/girlfriend will appreciate it.
