Better than chalk

Being a power lifter, I was an avid user of chalk when it came to heavier grip-intensive lifts. But I decided to give this stuff a try for the heck of it, and it works better than I imagined.The liquid dries on your palms within about a minute of application, forming a sticky residue. I found it to be superior to chalk; it seems to last longer, doesn't wipe off as easily, and its more convenient to carry around. (particular with the smaller bottle) And of course it wont leave behind that annoying chalk dust.

Awesome for powder chalk alternative.

I bought this because the gym on my campus doesn't allow chalk powder. The grip is great with the product on, I do have to reapply while at the gym, maybe it's because I have really sweaty palms?

Aircraft Carrier Powerlifting

My friends and I are primarily into Crossfit, Power, and Oly Lifting. I found this stuff while looking for regular chalk and we all tried it out. Not only does Liquid Grip stay on much longer than powder chalk but it's gripping ability far surpasses that of original chalk. This is also a fantastic option for those of you who are anti-grip-strap types. If you're serious about lifting and dont mind spending a few extra dollars for a better product, this is certainly the way to go. The only time I've ever encountered situations where Liquid Grip didn't stay on very well and required more than 1 or 2 applications was when i was heavy deadlifting in an extremely humid room with poor if any ventilation. I would very highly recommend this product to anyone doing compound lifts or anything more than isolation lifting.
