Works for me

I've used this product for about 4 months straight. Due to finance issues sometimes I can't buy it but when I do I feel tons better. The vitamins are worth it if you work out or do anything athletic for long periods of time. I'm a heavy guy with very bad knees so sometimes running or walking hurts - well I had to do a tap dance for a theatre production and during rehearsals the tap dance was killing me because of my knees. I started taking these vitamins again and over a period of a few days my knees regained a bit of cushion and my muscles wouldn't ache as bad or cramp after the tap dance. That's a light example of these pills. If you're looking for weight loss, they're only good for losing water weight (I lost about 10lbs of water weight in the first week). If you work out with them you can go longer and faster without stopping. Without them I would only work out 30 minutes, but with them I could go for 2 hours. Without using them while working out I would lose about 2 lbs a week, but with I would lose 7 to 10 lbs on average. I went from 400 lbs to 350 lbs in 2 months which an increase in stamina and strength.It's worth it if you work for it. Oh and don't be alarmed if your urine is the color of the sun.

great product and priced good. great product for everyday use to keep healthy, especially men. would recommend for all even those who do not work out.

One of the better multivitamins on the market

This is an excellent vitamin. Reading the ingredient and comparing them with other vitamins in this price range, MHPs Activite is a great value!
