Great Product

This is my second purchase of this product. The taste is great, easy to breakdown with a shaker, and seems to be composed of some high quality ingredients.

Decent supplement, hard to swallow though

As for the nutrients, I think this would be one of the better post workout deals out there. It can get expensive though because the serving size is big. It tastes pretty good, but it's not smooth. I expected it to be like a regular protein drink, but it's not...at all. I'm not sure how to describe it exactly but it has a kind of grainy texture to it. Most of the time when I drink it, some of the pieces get stuck in my throat. It'd be nice to drink something to get it down, but I just have more of the same stuff so I just cough a couple times and it goes away.Other than that, it's a great product. But due to that, I use it pretty rare.

No Substitutes, the BEST there is!!

LOVE this stuff! Protein + carbs + organic fruits/veggies! Only natural sugars too. I CRAVE this stuff post workout, but use it at other times as well. Plus, there are some great recipes floating around for bars, muffins, cookies, pancakes, etc. Not to mention it's by far one of the best (if not the best) tasting shakes I've ever had.
