My Saving Grace!!!

I have been stuggling for years trying to find something that will help me lose weight. I have wasted thousands of dollars on various plans and diets. Not to mention the emotional stuggle and hard work it is to follow them. I have been drinking two of these shakes a day for 21 days now. I have lost 5 lbs so far and don't feel hungry all day. I have found that once I start eating dinner though it started the snacking all evening. I added a herbal, green tea, etc. pill and that helps with the nighttime snacking. I feel strongly that this shake will help me achieve my goal. This drink cost about $100 a month but most diet programs and following them usually cost more than that. It is also delicious and taste like a chocolate milkshake. I bought one of those handheld blenders and it whips this up to a perfect shake like consistency. Try this if all else failed you.

Delicious and filling

I started drinking this shake over 20 pounds ago. It tastes great, is easy to mix and allows me to skip a meal. Reducing overall caloric intake while increasing exercise is the healthiest method of weight loss. This helped me skip hundreds of calories per day.
