Great product for age 40+ serious athletes.

Found this Sports Recovery Supplement after reading about from former Olympian Pablo Noblet and his recovery from tendonitis injury using this product. We are the same age and shape so it seemed a good fit. I too had a rotator cup injury about nine years ago.Have used this product as part of daily supplementation for two years. I am a serious amateur athlete not an Internet couch potato commenting jack. Cardio interval hill train 5 to 6 days per week at 9 miles per session.Now onto the review:Taste:A bit tart like uncarbonated lime/lemon mineral water. No grit or sour aftertaste.Dose:15ml every morning. One bottle last me 9.5 weeksDuration of use:Just under two yearsVisible results:No stiffness in joints despite extensive weight training program and many years of cardio hill running. Still feel as if in my 20s. Admittedly, history of smart diet, extensive exercise and genetics work in conjunction here.Other supplements:Basic antioxidant multi-vitamin, zinc, folic acid, Omega-3,B-12 + various weight training supplements.(see other reviews) Silica use intended as a running supplement to enable me to continue pumping hard uphill well into my 50s,60s(70s hopefully)Recommendations:Solid product with genuine history of performance. Never used silica before until reading creditable literature and not marketing crap put out on the internet.If you are over 40 and still workout hard because you can, then you should be using this product and another supplement to aid your routine.Feeling tight is great, feeling sore is part of the game sometimes. Nobody wants to feel/be injured.
