I like this because it has no sugar, and gives you a great big blast of (sustained) energy for about 4 hours. I only take 1 scoop because it is extremely strong. My buddy tried 3 because he is the kind of guy who drinks quad shot mochas every morning for breakfast on an empty stomach :) and he said it was better than one of them.The only thing is, it is will keep you awake if you take too much. This is great if you have to pull an all nighter, but if you want to sleep, make sure not to take this stuff past 6 pm.

I take this for working out, but sometimes i take it before work. it has no sugar so its zero glycemic. which is great, because as an athelete i do not want anything with sugar in it. sometimes i take it before going to work on the long shift because it gives such stable and sustained energy.

Wow, wow, wow, incredible stuff! What an energy rush with no jitters! Love, love, love the stuff! I could go forever and a long way after taking this product! I am so thrilled someone made such an excellent product that works! I definetly give it 5 stars or more with NO problem! I'm thrilled!
