I lift everyday (different body groups of course) and I have owned a pair of these gloves for about 2 years now. I LOVE THEM. I will not use another, I have never dropped the weights, I have no calluses on my hands. they are comfortable flexible easy to clean and don't stink :). They don't stick to your hands after you have been sweating for hours, don't leave dye on your hands. My only complaint is that the seams near the thumb came loose, but I guess after two years that is normal!! I would totally recommend this product to everyone, I have owned several different pairs of gloves and still these are my number 1 choice everytime!

Nice to have something girley while working out. Comfortable, good gripping and size is dead on! Reccomend to anyone who does any kind of weight training. Also works good with yoga.

Those Gloves are so pretty and you can use it for weight. I do spinning and weight in the gym. I recommend you if you don't want to have callous. I am size small usually for everything but those gloves are smaller. So I got medium and fit me perfect.
