Delivers above and beyond

BSN is a solid company, consistently putting out solid supps. This stuff is no exception. The pumps, clarity and stamina are unbelievable, it kicks in fast, and tastes WAY better than most other powdered pre-workouts... lemonade is by far my favorite. Also works into a great stack with BELDT: Force Thermogenic (fantastic for cutting). Training hard, 2 days on, 1 day off, with a [mostly] clean diet. Between each, I'm seeing serious gains in strength, size and deeper striations. 5 stars all the way. Can't wait to see what BSN does next.

A Little Strong for Me...

So first off, I want to say that I've been lifting weights and taking supplements for a long time. Over 8 years now. So, I know this is not what I expected to happen either, but here's what went down. I was using Nitro Powerstorm and EFX Kre-Alkalyn Creatine already and I loved them both a LOT, but I knew like 3 other people at the gym who had been using N.O. xplode for a while and they said it was great. So, I gave it a shot. My first thought was that it made me a little bit jittery and a little anxious, but it still gave me energy. So I kept using it for about a week. Then, one night, I woke up with the WORST heartburn I have ever had in my life. Honestly, I never get heartburn, but this was awful. The next day I went back to the gym, took my no xplode, and once again, I had ridiculous heartburn. It was so bad that I had to leave the gym and go home. I don't know if this is normal or if I'm a special case. One of my friends said he had a similar problem every now and then, but he just toughs it out. As for me, I'll stick to what I already know works well.

Did not explode

I did not explode when using NO-Explode, so that is a definite plus.It certainly lived up to its name when preventing spontaneous combustion.It's also a fairly decent pre workout supplement, though after a week or two of taking it the effects are no longer significant. I get the same sort of boost from a cup of black coffee and a vitamin B-12 lozenge.
