Worst tasting flavor ever!

This flavor is awful!! Makes me gag every time I try to drink it. It might be working if you can manage to get the taste down.

I was able to get my hands on a tub of Top Secret Nutrition Creavar and have been taking it for the past few weeks.What dosage did I use?I took one serving (1 scoop - 6 grams) every day with my post-workout protein shake, and alone on my rest days. I originally started taking half a serving with my pre-workout and the other half with my post-workout shake but creatine monohydrate does not sit well with me while working out.What is in it?Most people who have had some interest in bodybuilding have heard about creatine - it is arguably one of the most studied and widely used supplement in the athletic world. However Top Secret Nutrition doesn't just provide you with creatine, they give you more. You will find 4,200 mg (actually slightly less than the recommended daily dosage of 5 grams) of creatine monohydrate along with magnesium, alpha amino n-butyrate (a BCAA precursor), red beat root (for NO3 properties), Cinnulin PF (insulin signaler), Betaine (for increased strength), and Astragin, Rhodiola rosea, and BioPerine (for increased absorption). So the intent is to give you a little more than your typical creatine in this one supplement.How did I think it tasted?The tub I had was unflavored. It did add a bit of a change to the taste of what I took it with but nothing terrible and nothing too noticeable.So ... did it work?For me it worked just as good as other creatine monohydrate products that I have tried. I do not think I am capable of physically distinguishing the difference of the additional supplementation without medical testing, but the way I look at it is it at least performed as good as the baseline supplement and any additional performance is simply an added bonus!Is it worth it?At $37.99 for 55 servings directly from Top Secret Nutrition you are looking at about $0.69 a serving however using the promo code AVGFITFREAK you can get it for only $0.52 a serving making it well worth it. Although they don't carry it now, I am sure if enough people bug the guys over at illpumpyouup.com they may even be able to make it available even cheaper!

Awesome pump from Creavar!

When I got this, I figured it would be like any other creatine product on the market. I was wrong, I got a really good pump just a few sets into my workout. All the other stuff TSN puts into this product really helps with my recovery as well. I highly recommend this product.
