Freakin Intense!

Assult is on the top of my list for putting my intensity through the roof, energy, stamina, strength all good too. In my experience, Muscle Pharm has basically improved upon the Jack3d formula and therefore making it more effective for everything listed above. I have been cycling between assault and a some good old fashion Yohimbine HCL 90 Capsules + Green Tea Extract 60 Capsules With FREE Pure Caffeine Powder 25 Grams.Every 30 days I will switch it up and as a result I've been getting much better gains than I have in probably 3+ years. I have found a get more of an intense energy rush with the yohimbine and green tea capsules (hint: drink a cup of coffee when taking them ; ), but the beta alanine and creatine get me to another level weight and strength wise, hence why I like the assault so much. The body is constantly adapting and eventually it takes more of the same thing to get the same result, unless you constantly shock your body by mixing it up, never letting it get comfortable. I've tried a lot of em, these two are the best I've had.

Good product but not for me.

Assault gave me a significant boost to my energy, and focus for about 40 minuets of my work out, but after 40 minuets I would get a mental fog that lasted the rest of the day, and be drained of energy. I know lots of people who have used this product and having nothing but good to say about it, it has a little bit of everything in it (which could be considered good or bad). This product also caused me mild stomach upset, even after a month of taking it. Gave me a good pump, mixed fine, and tasted fine. All in all, its a good product for some, but not the product for me.

No energy or focus + nausea = bad product

I was excited to try this product after my previous pre-workout ran out. I am no stranger to this type of product. I have tried Jack3d, Cellucor C4, and White Flood prior to the Assault, all with varying results. The C4 and Jack3d both worked well for me, while the White Flood did absolutely nothing. The effect (or lack of) of the Assault for me were similar to White Flood. I had no noticeable extra energy or focus, and no extra "pump". That is fine, as I know not every product works for everyone. However, about thirty minutes after taking the Assault I would get very sick to my stomach and experience moderate nausea. After about an hour and a half I would then have to make a dash to the bathroom. This product may work for some, but it definitely did not for me. That is acceptable, but the sickness is not.
