The best pre-made shake

it's SUPER-delicious, deliveres 45g of protein, it'll fill you up and it's very convenient. you won't get tired of it (even of the same flavor,) like you will from powdered drinks. i can drink one every hour - thats how good it is. it has 325 calories, so watch out if you are on a tight diet. perfect after working out and for a snack! and don't forget to recycle the bottle please (#7 plastics)

Best Tasting Protein Shake I've Ever Had

Actually, this could be considered a meal replacement instead of a simple protein shake. The full bottle (a realistic serving) has just over 40gm protein, two apples worth of fiber, a good selection of vitamins, medium chain triglycerides, a shot of creatine (dunno how much though) and all without many carbs. I don't have access to any laboratory analyses but independent reviews of Cytosport's powdered versions are excellent. This drink tastes REALLY good without being overwhelming in its sweetness or intensity (something that inevitably leads to getting sick of a drink after a while). It is filling and keeps me comfortably satisfied for hours afterward. The consistency is good and consistent, and again, as a meal replacement, this drink is better than dozens of other shakes (and I've tried MANY). The only drawback is the cost--it is pricey and it is worth shopping around. However, you pay for convenience and quality (get what you pay for) so if you can afford it, get it.
