Very Potent Energy Forumula -(HEED WARNING LABEL) Do Not Use for Extended Periods of Time

This is a really REALLY Powerful formula for pre-workout energy. Be careful! Only use 1/2 scoop to start, before you know how your body will react. Takes about 20 - 40 mins to really Kick in. And only do 1 scoop at a time 30-40mins before your workout, should be all you will need. No more than 3 in a day, but I limit myself to 2, and usually only need 1 scoop. Mix into a HUGE bottle of water, and keep shaking in between drinks. Don't have to pound it down, just drink it normally, but get it down.DRINK TONS OF WATER with this stuff and KEEP Drinking water, ALL DAY. Label says 120oz of water PER DAY. Thats about 1 gallon. Who drinks 1 gallon of water per day? Well YOU Better if you want to use this GREAT PRODUCT and still retain healthy liver and kidney function.THIS STUFF *WILL* DAMAGE YOUR LIVER if you do not heed the warning label.You must stop using this stuff after 2 -3 months if using regularly. Then don't use it again for at LEAST one month, but better try 2. It works!!

I drank some for the first time this morning before hitting the gym, and I had unbelievable energy! I ordered the small 10 serving container just to see if I would like it, I was able t work out longer and really push myself, The fruit punch flavor is really sweet I added one scoop when i think i should've used a half scoop, but drink plenty of water throughout the day, I highly recommend this product for that burst of energy during lifting.

Oh it works.. maybe too well.

Really glad I went with the "trial size" of this stuff. It says to use half a scoop for your first few times. I used less than a quarter scoop (seriously, the scoop is huge) and it felt like WAY too much. MAYBE a teaspoon's worth.. I mixed it with 30 ounces of water and consumed over the course of ~35 minutes. I was very jittery, shaky and all around uncomfortable. Very.... anxious, I guess you could say. A little bit itchy as well. I was thinking "this must be what Tyrone Biggums feels like". haha! Did not care for the effects at all. Definitely gives you a strong thirst. No matter how much water I drank before, during and after; it was still there.. I may try it one more time as I've been looking for a good pre-workout supplement and don't wanna just throw away $12.50. Maybe if I eat a larger meal closer to the workout it will help..It didn't taste terrible (i had the fruit punch flavor). It mixed pretty easily, a little chalky..$6 shipping on a $6 item... come on now!
