well i tried diffrent products and i have a high tollerence for pre workouts most of them i dont even feel but this one i was able to feel i love it im sticking to it i would reccomend you get it and tell your friends about it tooo

The Power Performance BODY STORM product is a great pre-workout formula that really makes a difference in my workouts, no matter what type of activity. I'll usually mix it up with water and take it a half hour before I go to the gym. If I ride my bike there, I can take on hills with stamina that usually have me slowing down before the top. The vascular dilation effect is dramatic and it just seems that so much more blood, oxygen and energy can get into the muscles - you can really feel it. Muscles pump up noticeably more when you do strength training like weight lifting. I also do a lot of yoga for stretch and relaxation. My power yoga workouts are much more effective with Body Storm. The blast of energy can be a bit much for the more quiet parts of a yoga workout, so I sometimes cut back on my usual dose for this kind of workout. When I run out of Body Storm, I can really feel how less effective are my workouts without it. All of the flavors I've tried are pretty good, but my personal favorites are Mango-Peach, Citrus Cooler, Lemonade and Watermelon. They have so many flavors, you are bound to find one that becomes your favorite. Best of all, you get a big burst of energy, but its not the jittery kind that messes with your heart - no weird palpitations.
