Spirutein Sport

Very nice powder! If you already use the regular protein and want to ramp it up, this is a nice purchase. I lift weight and run so I love this Sport powder. It doesn't dissolve as well as some retail brands but is NOT chalky or clumpy at all. Some powders I have used are very grainy even in the blender, but this one is not like that. I have tried about 4 flavors of the original style and will continue to use BOTH types. Love that this one has Creatine, MCT's and the amino acid blends are spelled out on the label to the micro-gram. Also a 40/30/30 blend. 20 grams of protein per serving which is 2 scoops. 16 servings per2.3 ounce can. I can pack this in a blender ball bottle and go! Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Yeast Free and vegetarian!My fiance uses GNC Casein and BSN Cell Mass (I love BSN products also!)but I would rather take Spirutein anyday.Now to the SHIPPER. It came fast and in very nice packaging. No damage at all. Will buy again.

Muscle recovery is awesome

Im a regular spirulina taker, when i discovered the protein powder i gave it a go, this is really a great product.Im an event pedicab driver ( I give people bike rides for a living) so I carry 200 pounds of bike plus what ever my passengers weight and when i work events im a pedicab for 3 to 4 days and pedaling from 8 to 18 hours, no joke, this protein in my life saver on this events, the muscle recovery is awesome, i dont feel like im dying after the event and it s easy to mix and it taste great .

tastes so much better than other protein supplements. And has much higher quality ingredients! So good. I recommend the vanilla flavor over the Chocolate, but both are awesome.
