Great tasting and goes down easy

I've been using Amplified Wheybolic for a while now, and although I buy it elsewhere in large containers, the price here on amazon isn't terrible.As far as protein powders go it's great, look it up online for a complete nutrition profile if you'd like, but everything is there. It's made from whey, so it's very high quality, and you don't have to worry about it giving you gastrointestinal issues. I've tried the Vanilla, Cookies and Creme and the Chocolate, and I recommend the chocolate hands down. The other flavours were decent, but mixed in a tall glass of cold milk the Chocolate is great. I've had no cramps or issues, and I've seen moderate gains in both strength in size since I've started supplementing with this.As far as the directions, I actually talked to the guy in GNC and he didn't recommend three scoops. He said that two would be plenty, and from my experience and the experience of others two has been great.Overall, great product. Tastes good, no problems, solid nutrition.

Great for Weight Loss!!!!!

I started working out for the first time in over 3 years due to injuries, and I was really sore the 1st week with my trainer. I went to GNC to get some protein powder at the recommendation of my trainer. I love the stuff... I actually have some fruit for breakfast plus 1 1/2 scoops of this for the protein. Not only am I NOT hungry for many many hours, but it has helped my muscles not be as sore when I wake up the next morning.pros - Great taste - I use fruit punch (I actually like to eat it out of my hand in little bits, call me crazy!!) - Mixes great - It mixes completely in ice water.. Not many do!cons - The price!! Very expensive compared to others, but I don't have anything to compare against.I will definitely buy it again!

Best Protein I've had

When I first started lifting I did not know much about supplements so i took other high school students advice and took muscle milk. I remember liking the taste and thought it worked pretty well for muscle rebuilding and recovery. Once I joined the service I was very interested in lifting and making myself stronger. So I went to the local GNC and asked a lot of questions. My goal was to get stronger, but not neccesarily gain huge amounts of mass. So I did not want a gainer or a creatine product. I was suggested this product over muscle milk because of the amount of protein per serving and because of the lack of extra (not needed) addictives that Muscle milk contains. I noticed that this protein was much lighter on the stomach and still tasted great. I suggest this product for those who are just trying to rebuild muscle, but not trying for significant mass gain
