Review on both OLD and NEW (No DMAA) formulas

I've taken both the old and new ultra-concentrate for awhile now, and I just love Hemo-Rage. I originally took Hemo-Rage when it contained DMAA and I had some crazy side effects of the DMAA. The old formula was just insane. I never had so much energy, and I had extreme tunnel vision. My mental concentration was through the roof. Again, the side effects were unbearable. Thankfully the FDA banned DMAA and Nutrex redesigned the formula. The new formula gave me a completely different level of energy. Its a very clean energy that doesn't leave me feeling crashed or cracked out of my mind, yet it last long enough to keep me mentally focused and energized through the workout. I've tried several preworkouts that wear off in 20 minutes, leaving me feeling sluggish for the rest of my training. Since Nutrex debuted the new formula I've purchased 3 containers of this. BEWARE though, all the flavors taste horrible, rancid, and just plain foul. Thankfully this stuff mixes perfectly is as little as 4 oz's of water, so it doesn't take much to gulp it down to avoid the taste.

preworkout drink

I have used several pre-workout drinks and nothing compares to this drink. I get over a 3 hour workout and end with 1 hour of cardio. Be sure to not use over one scoop because you don't need more. I thought I did and I had heart arrhythmias for over a week. I currently use about 2/3 to 3/4 scoop and use it every so many workouts and fill in with another pre-workout drink.

Not what I hoped for

First of all, I felt no noticeable boost after taking this. I've taken a couple other pre-workouts and I definitely felt a boost with those, but with this, nothing. And the taste is terrible. I had the brusin' berry flavor, and it kind of tasted like soap. It was also the same color as soap and even foamed up like soap does after shaking it up. The only thing that this stuff has going for it is that there is a lot of it. It's a tub as big as a 2 lb. protein tub and almost filled to the top. However, the scoop is much bigger than other pre-workouts I've taken, but it still comes with more servings than any other I've seen. But none of that means anything if I don't feel anything when using it and it tastes bad. I'll probably just be tossing it in the trash. The only way it gets me motivated to work out is by thinking that if I don't work out, I'll make myself drink some of this.
