Sleep Easier

I am your classic gym rat. After work, I head straight to the gym and won't leave there until I've effectively pounded my muscles into submission. The MusclePharm PM Capsules have really made a difference for me because I work out at night and it is sometimes hard for me to get to sleep. I started taking it and it worked immediately. I could go to sleep quickly and spend the whole night in bed with no interruptions. For me this was a huge feat. Besides the recovery that my muscles get from this supplement, it also gives me a good nights rest which is a key benefit for me. I've been taking a stack in morning to raise my hormone levels at night -M.M.P. Capsules + FREE 25 Grams Tribulus Terrestris 90% Powder. So the ability repair my muscles at night has become even more vital since I'm able to lift more weight as of late. If you're in it for the mass, I'd suggest trying that stack out. Great for helping fall asleep

I take one pill a night 30min before going to bed and have noticed it helping relax me and I got to sleep quicker than usual. Haven't notice whether it keeps me asleep long or makes it a deeper sleep but it is definitely helpful just bought a second bottle.

Better Sleep, Better Recovery

Muscle Pharm ZMA works wonders for sleep and recovery, just follow the directions. NO alcohol and an empty stomach is a must or you will feel worse when you wake up.
