Favorite Protein Powder

I love protein shakes, especially for breakfast. I don't like whey, soy, or hemp based proteins. Vegan proteins (rice and pea based proteins) taste awful. This is the best tasting non-dairy, non-soy, non-gluten, non-sugar containing protein powder! It is sweetened with Stevia! I blend it with ice, almond milk (unsweetened) and 1/2 a banana for a quick breakfast.

Great for those who don't get enough protein

I've been using the "JAY ROBB EGG WHITE PROTEIN VANILLA 32 OZ" for a long time now. I think it's very clean and it's all natural. By looking on Amazon the product description is for the Whey protein (I've tried the chocolate version). The egg white version has no fat, less then 1g of total Carbs and 24g of Protein, it also has a few B vitamins. I don't eat much protein, mostly carbs (fruits, vegetables, whole grains,etc)and I work out 5 days a week. I would suggest to shop around and find the best price. I do dish out $35 for it but it will last a month, unless you drink it twice a day (I rarely do).

Best tasting protein no lie!

This protein certainly fulfills its "best tasting protein on the planet" pledge. It really is delicious, it kinda tastes like birthday cake ice cream if that helps. There is no weird metallic after taste I find in most whey proteins because this is egg white I think it makes the difference. There are a lot of amino acids in here and I drink it after the gym, it would be great morning protein shake for those who do not have much time. They do not use hormones on their chickens and I do not know if many people care about that but I do and most definitely think it is worth the extra money. The vanilla is the best tasting out of all of them. I am not too keen on the chocolate or strawberry. I usually will just mix it with water but I'm sure if it was mixed with milk or milk substitute it would be even more delicious, I recommend this product to the fullest. If you're skeptical you can go to any fitness store and find the single serving packets, but if you like it it's the cheapest on amazon. Happy buying!
