an extra dose of power and energy

I have been involved in athletics since the mid eighties and have tried numerous performance enhancement products and i believe this one is one of the top products on the market today. I have yet to find anything that equals the first NO explode formula as it made me feel like i had the energy of a teen ager again but since they changed the formula numerous times i quit taking it because the most i would get from it was a caffiene buzz that would induce insomnia and many trips to the bath room. since they changed the recipe i have been on an elusive search to find one that equals that original no explode formula. This is as close as ive come. I also have been stacking it with astravar wich enhances pre workout formulas.(the effects of arginine and creatine.) I get an extra push in the gym after a long days work with no insomnia and no more multiple trips to the bath room.This is a product i dont like being with out. I am over 40 and i can keep up with most of the younger men at the gym when using NO 370.

great low stim pre work out

I take this product every time i work out. gives me the nutrition i need to have a great work out without the super stim effect of other pre workouts.

Superior Pre-Training product

Ive been in the weight training/fitness arena since the 70/80's and have tried TONS of products out on the market over the years. The NO370 product is by far one of my favorite pre-workout products that produce results when not on any other products. I take this product when NOT stacking anything else, and for a solo product, its a very good one.Its gentle on the stomach, no gas, cramps, or discomfort from this product. fast absorption, great pump, no shakes-tremors, just a good overall product. Ive cycled through 3 of these bottles and will continue to use. As for flavor, both are fair tasting, but the Fruit Punch is a little better than the Grape.When taking, i prefer to mix with warm/hot water and use only about 4-6oz. I feel the warm water promotes a faster absorption and jump starts your workout a little quicker.
