i know there is a lot of lifters out there but this item combined with a protein is the best. and since there is a lot of flavors when mixing it doesnt taste bad. it actually taste really good. gives you a bump all day ;long then i take it once more before my weight training session. delivery was great which i like the most

Great tasting pre-workout!

First and foremost, big thanks to Mike at Cellucor for letting me test this stuff out! Now to my review: I'll admit, I'm a little biased when it comes to C4. But here's why: I was a normal dude at the gym who was looking for an extra boost so I could make my workouts more effective. I tried a LOT of pre-workouts (PWOs) during this time. I wanted something that gave me great energy, but was "lean" in that I didn't feel like I was throwing 3g of sand down my throat for every 1g of active product. I also wanted to be able to feel that it was working and actually enjoy taking it. C4 was where I landed. It works. Bottom line. And it even tastes AMAZING going down!Taste: 10/10 Honestly this stuff is great. I could sip on it all day...and actually on my off days, I'll fill up a 1L water bottle and throw one scoop in just to be able to sip on it for a few hours. (I'm a student. I need study energy now and again) Some PWOs are super bitter, some are grainy and some are even too sweet. This one is the sweet spot (along with my all-time C4 fav, Fruit Punch).Effectiveness: 10/10 I hate to give so many "10s" to a product review, but again, this stuff works! Now, it's not meant to give "HUGE crazy psycho pumps!!" like other fad PWOs claim. Its claim is to give you great energy to destroy your previous workout barriers! This it does...and it does well. It has some creatine in there (not much), so I like to add some extra creatine; but other than that, this is a very effective PWO with very little energy drain. I still have great energy even after the gym.Price: 9/10 For what this stuff is, its priced pretty darn well; not to mention the awesome incentives that Cellucor always throws out there. Many other websites have this stuff on sale too, so you can always find it for a great price. If you don't see any deals, jump on Cellucor Nation and there is always a Cellucor rep who will give you his code to get 20% off on Cellucor's website.Overall: 9.5/10 Here's the deal, if you're looking for a great-tasting PWO that actually works, give C4 a shot. The second best part about C4 (second only to the fact that it works very well) is that it really does taste like a mixed drink, or some fruit juice-type beverage. It tastes great! It mixes VERY well (I rarely use a spoon...just swirl it for a few seconds) and it's something that you'll look forward to every time before you hit the gym. So, bottom line, do I buy this stuff even though this particular tub was gifted to me? You bet I do! I've got a stock of 3 C4 flavors sitting in my cupboards that I purchased personally. Try it. Seriously.

C4 in general is the best pre-workout ever. The flavor was decent, i dont really know what a margarita taste like, but it doesnt really even matter bc this C4 (to me) just taste like strawberries.but still a great flavor!
