I take so many pills already I was glad to take this one as a powder. I use 1/8 tsp in my morning shake or drink, it has no taste and mixes well.

this product come as advertized. i like the silver bag it comes in. i am not sure it does anything. i take 2 grams with my 5 grams of creatine once a day. i am not sure if I'll buy more or not. it certainly has nothing to do with the quality of the product, or the seller. i will definitely be buying more products off this seller. I'm just not sure if glutamine is worth taking. there is no side effects with this, and the quality seems great. so it is still up in the air if this is helping with anything or not. I'll continue taking it till it's gone and decide then.
