Delicious!

I highly recommend Refinitize for your post-workout supplement. Not only is it really high in antioxidants, but it tastes great! Most other supplements that I've tried don't taste very good, and I've had to mix them into fruit smoothies to mask the taste. But with Refinitize, it's great just mixed in with water. This makes it really easy to take when you're on the go after a hard workout and you can just shake it up in your water bottle.

Perfect combo

Been looking for a quality protein and low-glycemic carb supplement for weight lifting .. perfect combo. Very happy with the results. Any bodybuilder would agree that both are critical immediately after workouts, not just protein. Tastes good too which is rare!

So delicious and full of good stuff... works well for quick recovery

I was really surprised how great Refinitize tastes. I've been loyal to Optimum Nutrition but Refinitize has all the stuff I get from a SaltStick capsule and Optimum Nutrition whey protein but all in one product. I'm impressed with the great flavor and its effectiveness. I'm not typically a fan of chocolate whey protein but Refinitize is really delicious. I did notice that Refinitize has about 24g of sugar compared to ON strawberry's 1g and that may be why it tastes so good but since sugar helps protein absorb almost immediately into your body I see it more as a benefit especially when compared to ON's chocolate flavor. When I need a quick and fast recovery Refinitize is my choice of whey protein from here on out.Just to share:I've been taking Evolution Solution's Infinitize product with a SaltStick capsule before my hour long runs. I get the consistent energy and focus from the Infinitize which has a ton of other great supplements in it. Then I get the sodium, magnesium, and other supplements that I need to keep from cramping from a SaltStick capsule. Also I typically use e-gel by Crank Sports if I am out more than an hour. Gu. Clif shots, and Hammer gels just don't have the sodium, magnesium, and supplements I need in order to avoid cramps and sustain energy. Then I typically wrap up with a recovery protein. I am impressed and pleasantly surprised with Refinitize and would have no problem recommending to at least try it once, if not use it regularly.
