I LOOOOOOVE Blue Thunder

If you exercise, including cardio, classes, running, weight lifting, playing sports and other forms of exercise, you may find Blue Thunder helpful for improving recovery and increasing performance. Even if you do not exercise, you may find Blue Thunder helpful as a protein and energy supplement.You will likely love it if you want a protein and energy supplement that is refreshing. Most protein supplements are creamy and are not as refreshing. However, Blue Thunder is fruit punch and is much more refreshing than chocolate, vanilla, or many other creamy protein shakes.I have been using Blue Thunder since the mid 90's and the peeps at the vitamin shop down the street know me well for buying cases of it. I have recently switched to Amazon for the convenience of delivery, although I do still occasionally pick it up from the shop.Only two reasons why I docket it a star: 1. The recent Amazon delivery was mislabeled and the package contained Speed Stack instead of Blue Thunder. Amazon provides a relatively easy return process, although it was a hassle repackaging it and bringing it to UPS. 2. If you drink it too quickly, Blue Thunder shoots through your system and really loosens everything up when it comes out the other end (if you know what I mean).Over the past 20 years of using Blue Thunder, exercising, and otherwise maintaining a healthy diet, my body fat has stayed between 7-9.8%, and it is still there at 44 years old. There are other good supplements, but Blue Thunder is my favorite because I like the refreshing fruit punch protein along with the carbs and all the other ingredients.
