Crazy good!

This is my second bottle of the vo2max and I just love it. I use it for ultrarunning and long runs. Worth the money!

disappointed with use by date expiring very soon

Product very good, However very disappointed with the fact that expiry date was only 5 months later. It seems that they were just getting rid of old stock with little shelf life left and took the oportunity to supply it to an on-line customer who could not inspect the product beforehand. Very annoying as I will have to throw most of them away very soon!

I am Triathlete, I am from Caracas,Venezuela and I use the VO2 Max on weekends for long training.I took 5 capsules 30 minutes before training with 2 capsules of Motivator. After 1 hour I took 3 capsules of VO2 Max for every hour of training and I got excellent performance on bike and running. I took CarboPro too to keep high energy level. I recommend widely the VO2 Max to increase endurance and performance. I come from Pescara 70.3 in Italy on June 12 Th. and I finished the race thanks the VO2 Max, CarboPro, Thermolyte and Motivator.The fact: Muscle fatigue and tie up (you fell the burm)when repeted resistance is applied, and it becomes impossible to complete another rep. Ammonia and other metabolic wastes build up in the muscles with repeated movements. The more anaerobic, or longer the duracion of the exercise,the faster and greater the build-up. Rest becomes a must until the metabolic wastes are cleared or chemically reconverted before the activity can continue with efficacy.
