sleep great, feel great

This stuff really works for me and my wife. I don't take it every night, just when I'm too worked up to get to sleep (too much Red Bull or brain won't turn off) and need to get up early the next day. I lay down after taking it and within 20 minutes or so I'm out, solid. Very restful sleep. Sometimes I get some intensely visual, lucid dreams with it, too. I have recommended this to friends as well.

Works as intended

I was a little sceptical when I ordered this product. I have been taking ambian for the last year and was looking for an alternative that wouldn't leave me feeling horrible in the morning. I also wanted something to help in the gym as well.After researching I was surprised to find that there are really not that many options of supplements in this category. I narrowed it down to this one as I can not sleep.Upon takin my first dose of 1 pill I was happy to find myself sleepy after 30-40 minutes.I am on a bunch of other supplements so it is hard to say whether the results I am seeing in the gym are a result of this or a combination of all however I do sleep more soundly and am overall more then satisfied with this product and the price is fantastic.

Really good sleep aid

This stuff knocks you right out without the druggy side effects.I highly recommend-better than sleeping pills!Pricey but worth it if you absolutely MUST sleep.I will always stock this item " just in case ".
