If someone is looking to build muscle, a supplement that one would want to look into would be a powdered whey protein that can mix into any liquid and be consumed. What a whey protein will do for the body is help it retain more nitrogen, creating a more anabolic environment for muscles to thrive, within the body. Whey protein has several factors when deciding which to buy such as; contents and taste, mixability, results, and value. Whey is a blend of multiple proteins, BCAA's, as well as patented compounds to help build the lean muscle you desire. There are many options of these whey powders that one can buy; Nitro-PEAK is a powdered whey protein that has helped me to gain the muscle mass I have achieved since the beginning and I highly recommend it.Nitro-PEAK contains whey concentrate, isolate, hydrolysate, and casein proteins, which covers both immediate nutritional needs post-workout and long term absorption. It also contains a sizeable amount of glutamine and BCAAs for muscle recovery and aiding in gaining lean muscle mass. I usually mix one serving with six ounces of milk and the consistency mixes smooth enough that there are no clumps in the shake. Being able to drink a delicious protein shake, comparable to the several that are impossible to pass the sniff test, Nitro-PEAK makes it easier to down with delicious flavors and therefore one can acquire sizeable gains.The results I achieved from this protein powder led to a major increase in my strength and appearance. Because of the substances in Nitro-PEAK I believe I experienced more noticeable gains at a faster pace. As well with any product comes the negative side of things, but I didn't experience any negative side effects from this product. I received massive gains because of the high protein and BCAAs. While maintaining the same weight because the low amount of calories, fats and carbohydrates that Nitro-PEAK offers. Being that this whey consists of everything that is needed from someone looking for either size, or strictly muscle gains while maintaining the size they have, it is sort of a catch-all substance; meaning that everything needed to acquire mass and recover quickly is in each serving. Being a person that has and currently is taking this product, I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a fast recovery after workouts and large muscle gains.
