One of a kind but needs improvement in the taste dept.

One of the few protein products that contains collagen in it. Body builders, like myself, need to understand how important collagen is and how it could help compared to other whey protein isolate products without it. This will help keeping your joints and bones as strong as possible. As far as ingredients are concerned, this is a great buy. However, I am going to dock a star as the taste definitely needs improvement. I have tasted better products that do not have artificial sugar but still managed to taste good enough to enjoy. Well here's to hoping Neocell makes an improved version on their nearly flawless product.

Best Post-Workout Shake on the Market!!!

I LOVE this shake. It tastes really good and doesn't have that sickeningly sweet artificial flavoring (that usually upsets my stomach). It is a little more expensive than straight whey shakes, but it has WAAAAAAAY more in it. I used to have to take BCAAs, glutamine, antioxidents, etc. separately, but now I get it all in Collagen Sport. Here's the BIG THING for me though...I'm a judo teacher and have been working out my whole life. I've had a lot of joint injuries. Whey supplements only help your muscles recover from exercise, Collagen Sport also helps JOINT TISSUE recover. My ligaments and tendons have never felt better! It really works! Pay the extra money and save yourself some medical bills in the future by preventing joint injuries from exercise.
