I took many different forms of Creatine throughout my life.(For reference: 200 lbs body-weight @ 8% fat, Bench-press @ 405 lbs -- I am NOT a beginner)This Creatine from AX is definitely the best one I have ever taken - I just ordered it again.I noticed a weight gain of 6 lbs within 3 days of the loading phase; 25 grams per day for the first 3 days. I split this up into 5 Servings of 1 scoop (5 grams) per day after meals, mixed in with BCAAs. Then I stayed on 15 grams per day for 6 weeks - this is more than the recommended 'maintaining-dose' of 5g per day, but I have ZERO issues with upset stomach, etc. No sides noticed at all in my case.It delivered more strength almost instantly and helps body recovery immensely.Other Creatines gave me upset stomachs, restlessness and sleep disorders - I experienced NONE of these with this product.I definitely recommend this product to anyone with serious ambitions in Body-Building or fitness training.Thanks, AX (to which I am NOT affiliated in any way!) for a GREAT product!
