This seems to work well but the water retention may not be a wanted result. It does help to hydrate, I think.

Creatine is the only supplement I've taken that has given me any significant increase in energy and strength gains. It does live up to the hype. Before I started using it my rep maxes were much lower, and I would quit my workout prematurely. It's not a placebo effect - the stuff really works.However - don't be fooled into thinking you're gaining tons of muscle when you check the scale the first couple months of using it - more than likely it's water weight...it makes you retain it like crazy. That being said, you also need to drink lots of water while taking creatine. I consume a minimum of 6 glasses a day.I got mine for 12 dollars, which was the cheapest I could find for 600g. Was worried it would be low quality, chunky, or have a gritty taste. It has none of those problems - it's as it should be: crushed to a very fine powder, mixes easily, and is tasteless.Excellent product and great value.
