fan of power bar products. got sick and tired of the gatorade cause you either get a lot of sugar, or haft to go with zero calorie and for runner thats not always a good thing. taste will vary depending on person. But this feels like it works great for during a training run, or after a work out that was intense.

Not that it tastes bad, just not much flavor at all. So, I decided to use it in a mix with G2 and orange juice (and I also make some with a whey protein powder as a recovery drink). Works great and is very inexpensive! As stated elsewhere - what shows up has a PowerBar lable (see photo).

I ordered this product as power bar endurance but when it arrived it was packaged as iron man perform. Not really sure what the screw up was, however as near as I could tell it had the same ingredients. The long and short was it seemed to have the same desired outcome. I rode the Womble Trail in AR with several buddies in June 2011. It was 97 degrees and humid. We sweated out about 6 liters of water each, and drank several bottles each of this powder supplement. I had no cramping and enough energy to complete the ride. Got the name from a friend who swears by it. I'd buy it again. Kav
