I've used these for about 4 months now and I'm very impressed (otherwise I wouldn't be using them). I really hate mixes/shakes and these chews are awesome because I never get sick to my stomach like I do with the drink mixes. You will feel tingling sensations on parts of your body but I kind of like it now. I've been able to lift more and longer with these babies in my belly (take 20-30 min before you workout). Taste pretty good too, and I'm a seriously picky eater.

My husband loves these. I have tried to get him to switch when I found something cheaper (and lower quality) and he won't budge because these are prefect for him.

So I'm not feeling much, but I least I get the aminoacidsTaste metallic if chewed... but not if sucked (lol)SO my suggestion is let them dissolve in your mouth.The same goes for the other flavor, cannot tell which is better/worse.
