Stack For Best Results

I've tried a lot of different forms of creatine. The pills work, but I prefer the powder because it's faster acting. However if you know how to time yourself appropriately before hitting the workout circuit, these can work as well as the powder creatine does. It's basically an agent to help your muscles bulk up quicker while allowing them to recover quicker as well. The mix helps give you an added boost of energy for strength and stamina which is great for body builders.I'm a heavy weight lifter. Myself and my women's weight lifting group often trade secrets for keeping our lifts at peak performance and pushing our bodies. The creatine does house some testosterone, but when you're physically exerting yourself like we are it doesn't show any other symptoms than peak muscle performance. One of my colleagues recently turned me onto cycling between creatine and beta alanine (FREE Primaforce Beta Alanine Powder 200 Grams + Pure Creatine Monohydrate Powder - 2.2 Lbs) for bigger gains in shorter periods of time. The recovery is seemingly flawless when you pair the supplements together as well. I've been able to add an extra 20 minutes onto my routine without feeling extreme fatigue. That's a serious accomplishment when you take weightlifting as seriously as I do.

good price, good dosage, easy to add to your pill box to ensure consistencya lot more expensive than powder, but I have several tubs of powder in my cupboard that I have just never usednever miss taking the tablet form though

For the price its the best creatine on the market! Others cost way to much and you don't get a lot out of it. Been using this product for 2 months and saw some better gains than i usually get. I will be buying this product again
