Muscle gains, strength gains, but water retention as well!

This is a great product if you're looking for strength and muscle gains. It starts working really fast but that's probably because in the loading phase (first 5 days) you take a serving in the morning and a serving following your work out. I order the blue raspberry and the taste is fine. This tastes A LOT better than it used to; the old version was WAYYYY to sweet and it had a funny after taste. I'll keep it short and simple and just list the pros and cons.PROSFast ActingStrength GainsMuscle GainsTasteCONSWater Retention (Leaves your body with somewhat of a dough boy affect, you can even see it in your face, I sometimes get called out on it)Loading Phase (Keep in mind this is probably why you get results so quickly, I don't mind the loading phase but some people have issues with it)Mixability (You have to keep shaking it up because it doesn't mix all the way, some of the powder always sinks to the bottom)I repeat: this is a great product if you're looking for fast strength and muscle gains! I wouldn't recommend using this as your daily creatine supplement though, there's just too much water retention. It's hard to look ripped to shreds when you have so much water retention that you look like the michelin man. My advice is to use this for a month or two for the quick gains and then switch to something like Con-Cret or MusclePharm Creatine Powder.

First off if your wondering wether or not this stuff works, it does, at least for me it does. Everyones body is a little bit different, and for those who are alarmed when they see how much sugar this stuff has in it dont be, thats one of the main reasons why this stuff works. After a workout the high amount of simple sugar (dextrose) causes an insuline rush which enables the alpha lipoic acid and other ingredients like chromium picolinate to better help the transport of creatine to muscle cells, AKA you get swole faster. Ive put on about 14lbs before starting out using this suff, and if you have a good bodybuilding routine you should definately put on a decent amount of mass. Some draw backs to this stuff though is that its really expensive and it can be a little hard on the stomach in the begining, other than that its cool.

I tried this stuff since 3 weeks with PlasmaJet in pre workout supplements !I feel a good progression in my workout and good results but not a very big difference when I didnt use it.Well, I think it's a good product but the price is a little bit expensive instead of the results.PS: The taste Fruit Punch is REALLY good ! Try it
