Patience is required

My friend suggested I try this to help with my bedroom problems. I am 43 years old and did not want to go the Viagra route. Anyway the problem was my sex drive not my ability. At first it didn't seem to have any affect. After two weeks the difference was startling. I have rediscovered my sex drive. It has come roaring back. I couldn't be happier with this product. It has made such a difference.

Tastes nasty, but delivers. Be sure to 'cycle'!

There's not too much I can say about this stuff that hasn't already been said. It tastes horrible, and nothing I've mixed it with has been able to mask the bitter flavour. According to everything I've read about Tongkat Ali/Longjack, that's a sign of a genuine Longjack product.As for it's effects on myself, I've experienced a significant boost in energy and 'alertness', like being wired on too much coffee. Also noticeable is my endurance during workouts (I use the Shake Weight religiously, and before I started taking Longjack, I had trouble breaking three minutes, much less the recommended six), as well as increased sex drive. It hasn't really done much for my staying power, but it's greatly improved the 'rebound' time after sex (what was once an hour in between is now something like ten minutes or so).The important thing to remember is that since this is a testosterone production booster, you don't want to take it every day of the week. You want to take some time off every couple of days (what professionals call an 'Off' cycle) to let your body produce testosterone on it's own, lest it become dependent on supplements, and your dangly bits shrivel up. The easiest way to do it is to take the powder Monday through Friday, and not take it Saturday and Sunday.

Good for the gym but be warned

I read in a magazine that longjack will help you lift more weight in the gym. It does do that. My strength has definitely increased, so has my endurance which is great because I do cardio at the end of my workout and usually I slack it when I run bur since I started this supplement I've had the energy to finish hard every day.One thing to be aware of is that this product will also increase your sexual desires at least that's what it did for me. It's getting to the point where I feel like I am going through puberty again, pretty crazy. But there is no denying the affect its having on me in the gym so I will continue to take.
