Very good endurance and recovery supplement

Originally I bought this product from a big chain store in Midwest and I liked it instantly. I prefer taking this product before and during workouts. If taken after workouts, be careful not to take too much - as the beta-alanine in this product could cause tingling sensation in the body and the eyes. I am a vegetarian and I tested my level of intensity and recovery during some high-intensity sports matches. For some days, I didn't use this product and saw that my endurance and recovery dropped a great deal. More importantly, my body was bruised and the muscles couldn't recover and I had muscle and knee soreness that lasted much longer. Then I tested by taking Endurance Fuel. I didn't have any muscle and knee soreness and my endurance and recovery improved greatly. I could play twice as longer and without any of the muscle and knee soreness.As for the side effects - I prefer not taking this after workouts because I am sensitive to the beta-alanine in this product. During workouts, beta-alanine helps in recovery and I didn't feel any side effects. But, if I take a lot of this powder mixed with water after workout, I get tingling sensation to my skin and eyes.I would recommend this product to any of the athletes that want to improve their endurance and recovery. I have used this for running, playing sports like tennis with very good results.The pricing and the shipping costs on Amazon are very reasonable.

Very good for runners or anyone who is engaging in extreme amounts of exercise.

I ran my 3rd half-marathon this past Saturday and prior to the race I tried this product out for the first time. To be honest, like others, I was really skeptical. But, now a day and a half later I can say that while still SOMEWHAT sore I am not even close to being as sore as I had been during my prior 1/2 marathons. Also, during the race I felt energized for pretty much the entire 13.1 miles and really feel that this product helped in that area. Buy it and give it a shot!

Great for hydrating before a run, and speeds recovery after

Have been using this product for about two weeks now, and have found it to be great for hydrating before a run, and definitely helps with muscle recovery post-run. I have more energy to run further, and feel better after my run than I have in the past.
