Works great tastes terrible

OK, I wanted to give this a 5, but the taste causes it to lose a star. I have tried probably every pre workout out there, and thats why I decided to give monster pump a try, because its one of the few I havent tried yet, and had heard good things about it. My favorite tasting one is assault (many good flavors but my favorite is rasberry lemonade (green apple is terrible!)). and this does not compare in taste at all. NO Explode 2.0 tastes pretty bad, and Monster pump tastes even worse. As far as effectivness it works great. the only pre workout which tastes worse than this is Ravage from GNC, but I think Ravage worked the best. TBH the worse they taste the better they usually work.Now when you buy a pre workout you need to realize, its not going to help you build muscle. What it will do is give you a boost of energy, especially when you maybe dont feel like working out. It will help put you in the zone so you can have a good and effective workout. Many preworkouts ou there cause you to fall off, after they are done flowing through your veins. the good news is I dont really notice a major drop off with Monster Pump.so to sum it up, Monster pump tastes horrible, works great as a pre workout, and is pretty cost effective for what you get. If you havent given it a try and want to cycle from your current fave pre-workout I say go for it, give it a try. I only tried the blue raspberry so maybe there is another flavor out there thats better. But if your looking for the best tasting and most effective pre workout I would say go Muscle Pharm assault all day every day, because they taste great, and you realy get put in the zone with it, and dont fall off :)

Quality PWO product

This is the second pre-workout product I've tried and I was quite happy with the results. Initially, the energy made me a bit jittery, but after a week or so that subsided while the useful energy remained.I do feel it contributed to greater pumps and better endurance during any workout sessions. I felt I had the stamina for extra sets while lifting or less fade and extra laps while running/cardio.I used the product about 3x a week and didn't feel that its effects were diminished over time. I didn't feel compelled to up the per-serving dosage for it to remain effective over the use period as is common for many of these products. This is good since I didn't want to consume an overabundance of the stimulant products.A one heaping scoop serving only has three net carbs (five grams carbs/two grams fiber). This is good for those on reduced carb diets.Overall, a very good PWO that made a positive impact on my workouts and overall athletic performance.

Definitive Results!

This has been an essential pre-workout supplement I've been taking prior to lifting, running or cycling. It certainly provides results without any jitters. The NO2 volumization has be VERY noticable
