Works well for me

I started taking this about 7 weeks into my deployment. I was on a regular routine for the first 7 weeks and this is the only supplement I changed (taking sytha-6 and no-xplode the whole time) at that point. I can say with certainty this made a big difference. This was my first experience with creatine so I can't say how well it stacks up to other creatine products, but I am very satisfied. I've noticed some people complaining about the taste on other sites, I don't have an issue with it. I actually really like it. After about 2 weeks, muscle "shape" (not sure a better word to describe it) changed noticeably in a good way. One concern of mine with creatine was always that it might make me look too big, or lose definition like the big guys I'd see in high school that played football. I have not had that problem at all. I am 5' 10" and about 165 lbs and very cut, and this product is only making it better, not giving that "bulky" look that I don't find to be aethetically pleasing. It is more about the kind of lifting you do and the food you eat for that, so don't let creatine scare you off. Obviously you should be drinking lots of water with this since it basically "super-hydrates" you muscles, but that's common sense with any workout program. I actually originally bought this for the recovery aspect since I have been working out 6 days a week (mon/wed/fri heavy lifting, tues/thurs/sat spartacus blood and sand). It works well for recovery as well as the creatine making you look better. I have had no side effects at all taking this. Hope this helps if you are considering buying WAR!

Not too shabby

Dont expect Muscle in a bottle, but its pretty decent stuff...Allows you to push yourself...and pretty refreshing, especially when your winded from a big boy set...It has your BCAA's and your Creatine (Pyruvate I think ? )..and some other stuff... so all you do is keep watering down the solution, to have a constant supply for your whole workout..and a scoop after...doesnt taste too bad, lasted about 4 weeks since I didnt take it on rest days (The weekend)...Ive gotten bigger, but I used this during a new program and some other supplements...so cant say if its this.In summation, makes it easier to get your BCAAs (they call them AARM - Amino acid blend) and Creatine (Called Crea-Charge)...didnt notice anything about Heat Shock aminos...
